Our Integrated Business Processes team works closely with management at our headquarters in Zwijndrecht, the Netherlands, as well as with our managers at the various locations around the world. They support our supply chain teams in setting up and developing improvement programs. They are also the driving force behind the digitalization of our entire supply chain. They share - locally and internationally - their knowledge, experience and best practices.

What does your day look like working in Integrated Business Processes?
Our Global Process Architects play an important role in our successful business operations. A large part of your time you will be busy ideating and developing plans for improving our business processes, operational excellence and efficiency. You will develop improvement programs and motivate the supply chain teams involved to implement the improvements. You offer your colleagues the necessary support, and organize and provide customized training. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the development of the global quality standard of the processes within Van Leeuwen. You are also the point of contact for supply chain teams when complex issues arise. In addition, you will prepare decision making documents for management.
Whatever you do as an employee at Van Leeuwen, you will ensure that you keep up to date in your professional field. You regularly take training courses to refresh your knowledge, whether it is about your process management skills, the latest digital solutions or a leadership course.
