We are seeking a hands-on, results-oriented Operations Manager to lead our Kulai facility, overseeing warehouse, logistics, inventory, and compliance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize all warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient material flow.
Lead and develop the operations team to achieve productivity, accuracy, and safety targets.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations and serve as the main liaison with relevant authorities such as Kastam, MITI, Bomba, and other government agencies.
Maintain and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in accordance with company and statutory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.
Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, and finance teams to support overall business objectives.
