Sales Manager - Industry

You will be responsible for development of dedicated number of customers together with their further development and custom made tube solutions. You will acquire new customers, steer business meetings and work in line with company sales strategy.



  • selling steel products and semi-products to customers within local market
  • active participation on achieving sales targets, responsibility for turnover and sales results
  • steering and development of dedicated customers
  • technical advisory services to customers, customer tube solutions to ensure added value
  • managing business activities in compliance with company strategy and strategic product groups
  • acquisition of new customers and business opportunities
  • close cooperation with customers within all business processes (inquiry, project implementation, customer evaluation)
  • steering business meetings with key customers, customer relationships building and improvement
  • monitoring of local steel market conditions and competition activities
  • substitution of line manager in case of absence (team coordination, business activities handling)
  • continuous development in business as well as product area                        


Required qualification

  • minimum secondary education (technical with focus on mechanical engineering)
  • steel market awareness, steel production knowledge, local market coniditions overview
  • strong sales oriented, business acumen
  • extensive commuication and negotiation skills, ambitious personality
  • hands-on approach, team player, stess resistance
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Intermediate English proficiency
